About the meeting on the implementation of the Federal Law of 28 December 2013 № 442 "On the basis of social services for citizens in the Russian Federation"

A meeting on drafting the law of the Republic of Tatarstan and the legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan that must be taken for the implementation of the Federal Law of 28 December 2013 № 442 "On the basis of social services for citizens in the Russian Federation" which was attended by first Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan R.I.Zagidullin took place in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan on August 27, 2014.

In order of implementation of the Federal Law of 28 December 2013 № 442-FZ "On the basis of social services for citizens in the Russian Federation", the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan made a draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On the regulation of certain issues in the field of social services for citizens in the Republic of Tatarstan".

The draft law establishes the powers of the government of the Republic of Tatarstan in the field of social services for citizens, defines measures of social support and incentive provision of social services of the Republic of Tatarstan, regulate issues of controlling in the sphere of social services and the financing them services.

The issues related to the financial security of social support of citizens in the Republic of Tatarstan, that provided by the bill, were subject of discussion at the meeting.
