The Expert council meeting

A meeting of the Expert Council of the Interagency Coordinating Committee on Legal Affairs took place at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan on September 9, 2014. Meeting was chaired by First Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan R.I.Zagidullin.

4 bills were reviewed at the meeting of the Expert council:

1 "On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On Local Self-Government in the Republic of Tatarstan". Expert Council decided to edit the bill with taking into account the proposals of the Expert Council and then it will be sent to re-negotiation.
2 "On Amendments to Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On State Civil Service of the Republic of Tatarstan". The bill previously was approved and after the legal and technical changes it will be sent to the re-negotiation.
3 "On affirmation of the financial guarantees of the right to receive free pre-school education in the municipal pre-school educational institutions of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2015" (approved by the Expert Council).
4 "On affirmation of the financial guarantees of the rights to receive free pre-school, primary general, basic general, secondary education, as well as additional education in educational institutions and professional educational institutions of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2015" (approved by the Expert Council ).

Approved bills will be considered by the Interagency Coordinating Committee on Legal Affairs.
