The meeting dedicated to the state registration of acts of the executive authorities

September 12, 2014 at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, was held a meeting with the participation of a representative of the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Tatarstan, where are issues related to the state registration of the acts of the executive authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan were discussed.

In the course of monitoring conducted by the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Tatarstan, where identified a number of acts, not timely submitted for state registration. These acts are currently sent by the executive authorities of the Republic to the state registration body according to the results of the presentation of the Prosecutor’s office.

The participants agreed that there is the need to develop a common criteria for determining the normativity of legal acts of the executive authorities of the Republic, in order to avoid the application of normative legal acts that have not been registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan.
