Free legal assistance to elder citizens

September 29, 2014 on the eve of the International Day of Elder People the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan organized free legal assistance to elder citizens.

The experts from the Department of the Pension Fund of the Russian Republic of Tatarstan, of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, ofthe Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan, of the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan, of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, the notaries and lawyers participated in this event.

91 citizen asked for free legal assistance.

Most of the questions were about housing, land, pension, inheritance laws, and social security. All citizens received free legal assistance in the oral form, 11 citizens - in the writing form, for 2 people legal documents (applications, complaints) were composed.

During the event, 6 citizens received the legal advises on tatar language.

Citizens, who need to provide their interests in court, were invited by lawyers in their offices to prepare the necessary documents.
