Reception of citizens on the issues of land legislation

September 30, 2014 the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan for the purpose of providing legal aid held a videoconference reception of citizens of rural areas on land laws. 59 people from 33 municipal districts participated in this videoconference.

Reception was conducted by the Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M.M.Ibyatov together with the Deputy Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan - Chief State Inspector of the Republic of Tatarstan for Nature Protection in the Ministry of Environment of the Republic of Tatarstan R.H.Nizamov, Deputy Head - mainly the state registrar of the Republic of Tatarstan A.M.Hayrutdinov, deputy director of the branch FGBI Cadastral Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan A.R.Kamartdinov, Head of the methodology and establishment of municipal property relations of the Ministry of land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan V.I.Lukoyanov and notary of Kazan notarial district F.R. Askarova.

During the reception the event participants gave an explanation of the order of succession and accounting heirless property, land allocation, registration of property rights in a simplified manner on the basis of state acts, certification of land, extracts from the household books, on registration of property inheritance, according to the cadastral value of land, on including the information in the state cadastre of real estate, on the use of mineral resources.

Also where given recommendations to hold explanatory work with the population. A follow-up video input with citizens living in rural areas, are planned for the IV quarter on issues in the field of migration law.
