Meeting on the preparation of legislation providing a change of boundaries

The meeting on the preparation of draft laws of changing the boundaries of individual municipalities and amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan, January 31, 2005 № 19-LRT "On establishing the borders of the territories and the status of the municipality" Verkhneuslonsky municipal district "and municipalities in its composition" and the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan 31 January 2005 № 26-LRT "On establishing the boundaries of territories and the status of the municipality" Kama-Ustyinsky municipal district "and the municipalities in its composition" took place in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan on October 2, 2014.

The meeting was chaired by the Deputy Minister of Justice M.M.Ibyatov with representatives of Verkhneuslonsky and Kama-Ustyinsky municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan, of the Ministry of Information and Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan, JSC "Innopolis", of JSC "Earth".

The documents and materials developed by the local governments of invited districts going to the legal expertise to the Ministry, as well as issues arising in the preparation of draft laws of the republic were discussed at the meeting.

The further actions and target dates of their execution were established on the meeting.
