The all-Russian meeting on issues of providing free legal assistance

October 3, 2014 in Ulyanovsk, with the support of the Government of the Ulyanovsk region, the Federal Chamber of Lawyers of the Russian Federation, the Russian public organization “Association of Lawyers of Russia” held a nationwide conference on legal aid.

The President of the Federal Chamber of Lawyers of the Russian Federation E.V.Semenyako, members of the Government Commission on the implementation of the Federal Law “On free legal assistance in the Russian Federation”, the representatives of the executive authorities of the Russian Federation providing citizens with free legal assistance, Presidents of Chambers of Attorneys of the Russian Federation, members of the All-Russian public organization “Association of Lawyers of Russia”, representatives of public legal offices of the subjects of Russian Federation and legal clinics participated in the meeting.

The first Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan R.I.Zagidullin and Head of the Department of providing free legal assistance of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan N.N.Farhullina participated as representatives of the Republic of Tatarstan public authorities , the President of the Bar Association of the Republic of Tatarstan L. M.Dmitrievskaya participated as representative of the Bar Association of the Republic of Tatarstan, Chairman of the Tatarstan regional branch of the All-Russian public organization "Association of Lawyers of Russia" I.I.Girfanov participated as the representative of the All-Russian public organization "Association of Lawyers of Russia"

The current issues related to the implementation of the Federal Law from November 21, 2011 № 324 "On free legal assistance in the Russian Federation", to the organization of the activities of members of the state and non-state systems of legal assistance, the role of the state and its agents in the organization of this assistance were discussed at the meeting.
