Meeting of the State Building and Local Self-Government committee of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan

A meeting of the State Building and Local Self-Government committee of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan took place on October 15, 2014.

The draft laws of the Republic of Tatarstan that aimed to clarifying the description of the boundaries of 15 municipalities and settlements within them pursuant to the requirements laid down in paragraph 3 of Article 85 of the Federal Law “On General Principles of Local Self-Government in the Russian Federation” were discussed at the meeting of the Committee.

Also the draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan “On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan “On Local Self-Government in the Republic of Tatarstan” was discussed at the meeting.

The Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic M.M.Ibyatov made a report on the issues mentioned above.
