The establishment of the institutions assisting persons who in severe intoxication

October 15, 2014 under the chairmanship of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan A.V.Pesoshin was held a meeting of the Government Commission of the Republic of Tatarstan on crime prevention, where the First Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan R.I.Zagidullin also participated.

The issue of establishment of autonomous municipal agencies to help those who are in severe intoxication and lost the ability to move, or to orientate in the environment and not in need of medical assistance was discussed at the meeting. According to this was made a decision to continue work on the draft law of the Republic Tatarstan “On Granting local governments of municipalities in the Republic of Tatarstan Republic of Tatarstan with public responsibilities for the establishment and supporting specialized agencies for the maintenance and care of persons who are intoxicated and lost the ability to move independently, or to orientate in the environment.”
