Business trip to Menzelinsky and Muslumovsky municipal districts

October 15, 2014 in accordance with the approved schedule of visits of the IV quarter of 2014 specialists of the Ministry, together with a representative of the Council of Municipalities - Head of Legal Department L.M.Kurmanova, made trips to Menzelinsky and Muslumovsky municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan for the purpose of providing guidance to the authorities of local self-government.

The questions of completeness and timeliness of sending the municipal legal acts and their projects in the ministry were discussed at the meeting with the head of the Menzelinsky municipal district V.Z.Vagizov the Republic of Tatarstan, Chief of Staff of the Council of Muslyumovsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan A.M.Ahmetzyanov and heads of departments of local government areas.
Also was developed a sequence of actions for timely referral of legal acts to the Ministry from rural settlements areas for inclusion in the register of municipal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan.

A summary of the latest innovations in the legislation was brought in the course of dialogue. Also was suggested to make the necessary changes in the adopted legal acts and take other legal instruments in this field considering with exemplary legal acts in the sphere of legal regulation of municipal service.

Also was granted the legal assistance on the issue of legal support of the local authorities, including the implementation of the Federal Law of 09.02.2009 № 8 "On access to information about the activities of state bodies and local self-government."

Also was transferred an information of the importance to create conditions for the implementation of measures aimed at strengthening interethnic and interreligious harmony, saving and development of the languages and cultures of the peoples living in the area, social and cultural adaptation of migrants, prevention of international (inter-ethnic) conflicts. In this regard, was encouraged to engage with religious organizations and relevant agencies to exchange with information. Was offered to include to districts plans of combating with extremism and terrorism positions to engage this group of people in the socio-cultural life of the municipalities.

In addition, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Tatarstan from 30.12.2005 № 144-LRT, from 30.07.2010 № 60-LRT specialists audited activities of the administrative commission district. Also was reviewed the work of the anti-corruption expertise of municipal regulations and their projects, were given the necessary recommendations.
