Meeting dedicated to the issue of registration of the legal acts

In accordance with the Agreement on cooperation in the realization of norm-making activities between the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan this year on November 7 the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting with representatives of the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Office of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Tatarstan.The meeting discussed The issues related to the definition of signs of normative legal acts issued by the executive authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as the range of such acts which subject to state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan.During the discussion a number of issues arising in the implementation of state registration were resolved.
Gulfiya Nasyrova, an employee of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, is a volunteer of the MIR group. She has repeatedly traveled to combat zones, delivering humanitarian supplies for military personnel.
The Ministry of justice conducted the first field event this year to study the implementation of the transferred state powers to collect information from settlements necessary for maintaining the municipal register. The powers have been exercised since 2016 by the local self-government bodies of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan hosted a meeting of the attestation commission of the certification of civil servants of the offices of magistrates of the Republic of Tatarstan, such districts as Nizhnekamsky, Kamsko-Ustinsky and Naberezhnye Chelny.
The Ministry of justice of Tatarstan has a helpline for reporting corruption in the Ministry, the State legal bureau of the Republic of Tatarstan and the offices of magistrates of the Republic.
