Meeting of the Board of the Ministry of Justice

December 1, 2014 under the chairmanship of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan L.Y.Gluhova a meeting of the board of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan “On the interaction between the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan and local authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan on legal issues” was held.

Meeting of the board was held in the videoconference mode with the municipal areas of the Republic of Tatarstan. Representatives of the President’s Office for the work with the territories, Office of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan, of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Tatarstan, of the Council of Municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan, of the Office of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Tatarstan and the staff of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan were participate in the meeting.

The report of the Deputy Minister of the Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M.M.Ibyatov “On the interaction of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan with local authorities in the Republic of Tatarstan on legal issues” was heard as well as presentation of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan and Tatarstan the regional branch of the Russian public organization “Association of Lawyers of Russia” for the Execution of local government legislation on municipal service and providing free legal aid to the population.

The results and future work directions of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan for the implementation of cooperation with local governments on legal issues, in particular relating to the implementation of the State Program “Development of Civil Service of the Republic of Tatarstan and municipal services in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2014 - 2016 years”, legal assistance to local governments on the development of legislation in the field of territorial organization of local self-government, about model of municipal regulations, guidelines, letters of instruction, organization and maintenance of a register of municipal regulations of the Republic of Tatarstan, legal assistance to local governments of Bakhchisarai area of the Republic of Crimea, the monitoring of the execution of delegated state powers, leaving the working group to monitor the work on crime prevention in the municipal areas and urban districts of the Republic of Tatarstan, the execution of the subprogram “The implementation of anti-corruption policy of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2014”, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan 16.10.2013 № 764 “On approval of the State program of the Republic of Tatarstan “Ensuring public order and combating crime in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2014 – 2020”, the issues of legal education of the population and the provision of free legal assistance to citizens were presented at the meeting.
