A workshop about the organization and practice of anti-corruption expertise

December 1, 2014 the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan organized a workshop on the theme: “The issues of anti-corruption expertise of municipal legal acts and their projects.”

Workshop for specialists of local governments of the Republic of Tatarstan, responsible for anti-corruption expertise of municipal acts and their projects was held in the videoconference mode, it was led by the Deputy Minister of Justice R.I.Zagidullin.

Lectures on the organization of anti-corruption expertise of draft municipal regulations, typical corruption-factors encountered in the projects developed by acts were

Head of legal consulting and methodological support of Local Government department M.A.Pashkova, Head of territorial organization and supervision department G.I.Kasymova made reports about anti-corruption expertise of draft municipal regulations, typical corruption-factors
and analysis of the practice of anti-corruption expertise of municipal normative legal acts of local self-government, respectively.

Also the Prosecutor of the Republic of Tatarstan M.T.Shrsha made a report about prosecutor’s supervision in the sphere of anti-corruption expertise, representative of the Russian Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan R.N.Rahimov made a report about anti-corruption expertise of municipal charters.
