II Republican Forum of adoptive parents

December 5, 2014 at the House of Friendship of Peoples of Tatarstan Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan L.Y.Gluhova participated in the II Republican forum of adoptive parents.

The Forum, which brought together over 250 delegates, is aimed at popularization of family values, at the formation of a positive image of families who have taken a huge responsibility - to raise a child, that especially in need of parental love.

The support adoptive parents, guardians, foster parents, the development of forms of family care for orphans and children left without parental care, the effectiveness of the implementation of training programs for candidates for adoptive parents and support the foster families were discussed at the forum.

Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan L.Y.Gluhova made a report on the implementation of the right to free legal assistance to orphans and children left without parental care, persons of their number, their legal representatives in the public system of legal aid. The basics of the free legal aid legislation (types of legal aid, the categories of citizens entitled to free legal aid cases such assistance, members of state and non-state systems of legal aid, the list of documents on the basis of which free legal aid provided), information on the activities of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan in the field of organization providing free legal aid to orphans, children left without parental care, persons of their number, their legal representatives, as well as the contact details of the information unit in order to provide free legal assistance in the territory Republic of Tatarstan (telephone “hot” line on the provision of free legal assistance, e-mail address of the official website of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan and the section “Legal aid”) sounded in the report.
