Business travel to the Spassky municipal district of Tatarstan

December 9, 2014 in the framework of the Decade of Disabled Persons specialists of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, together with representatives of the Tatarstan regional branch of the «Association of Lawyers of Russia» carried out business travel to the Spassky municipal district to provide free legal assistance to citizens with disabilities, as well as citizens with dependent children with disabilities .

The Department of Social Protection Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan in the Spassky municipal district organized personal reception of citizens in the course of which were given advices on Social Security of people with disabilities, housing legislation, in particular, advices of ensuring that persons with additional living space provision of housing subsidies.

In addition, the experts visited «Spassky home for the elderly and disabled». During the visit the head of the department of legal consulting and methodological support to local authorities of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M.A.Pashkova held a general meeting with the citizens living in the boarding house, where the legislation in the sphere of social protection of disabled persons was clearly explained. After meetings were held individual consultations, during which experts answered all the questions of a legal nature for people with disabilities living in the boarding house.
