The studying of the organization of the Justices of the Peace activities

In accordance with the working plan of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan in order to study the organization of the activities of the Justices of the Peace, provide methodological and practical assistance in organizing the office and work of the archive, as well as on other issues of performance management unit Justices of the Peace specialists of organizational and legal support of the Justices of the Peace in the period from 8 to 12 December 2014 held a retreat to study the organization of the apparatus of Justices of the Peace Nizhnekamsk judicial district of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Characteristics of the Justices of the Peace for 2013; Culture proceedings: the conditions of the administration of justice, including the availability of the necessary means and equipment courtrooms, deliberation room, the office of the justices of the peace, space for the convoy, the arrested persons and bailiffs; providing the necessary conditions for the smooth implementation of the right of citizens to seek judicial protection of violated rights and legitimate interests, the organization of personal reception of citizens Justices of the Peace, informing citizens about the time and place of court cases, consideration of proposals, applications and complaints; business organization: instruction execution on case management in legal areas, the organization of archival records management, execution of instructions on the organization of the archive at the Justice of the Peace, learning the basics of judicial district specialists behavior: the presence and good knowledge of regulations, rules of conduct and internal rules; information and legal support of the Court and the introduction of modern software and hardware; providing the safety of judicial districts, and Justices of the Peace process participants were studied during the work.
