“Lawyer of the Year of the Republic of Tatarstan” Legal award

December 12, 2014 for the first time in the history the ceremony “Lawyer of the Year of the Republic of Tatarstan” legal award with the participation of leaders and representatives of the legislative, executive and judicial authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan, representatives of the legal community of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as heads and representatives of federal authorities, members of the Association of Lawyers of Russia took place in the NCC “Kazan”.

This award was established on the October 8, 2014 by the Board of Tatarstan regional branch of the Association of Lawyers of Russia and is a recognition of the merits of highly qualified lawyers of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The ceremony was opened by the Chairman of the Tatarstan regional branch of the Association of Lawyers of Russia Ilnar Girfanov: “Let me congratulate you with the holding for the first time in the history of Republic of Tatarstan the “Lawyer of the Year of the Republic of Tatarstan legal award”. I hope that the presentation of this award will become a tradition and will cause positive feedback from the legal community, from the law family of the Republic of Tatarstan”.

Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Larisa Glukhova congratulated all the participants with the Constitution Day of the Russian Federation. The Minister noted that all who present are united by one goal - to make the right decisions that promote the stability of our country, and wished health, as well as sufficient amount time to discuss professional issues with colleagues”.

The award was held in three categories:
- «Legal Education»;
- «Justice»;
- «For the dedication of the legal profession».

In the category «Legal Education» the President of the Chamber of Notaries of the Republic of Tatarstan Olga Grishina was awarded, in the category of «Justice» prize was awarded to the Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilgiz Gilazov, in the nomination «For the devotion to the legal profession» - Deputy Attorney of Kazan Farid Safin. The winners were awarded with diplomas and statuettes.

The title «Honored Lawyer of the Republic of Tatarstan» were assigned to :
- Professor of Constitutional and Administrative Law of Kazan (Volga) Federal University Boris Jeleznov;
- Head of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law of Kazan (Volga) Federal University Yuri Reshetov;
- Deputy Head of Department for Supervision over the execution of federal law Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Tatarstan Viktor Kirillov;
- A lawyer of branch of the Advocates Bar of the Republic of Tatarstan Olga Riyanova.

Lawyer of branch of the Advocates Bar of the Republic of Tatarstan in the Soviet district of the Kazan Marina Ankudinova, head of the Tatarstan regional branch of the Association of Lawyers of Russia Valentin Paymuhin and notary of Kazan notary region of the Republic of Tatarstan Olga Serebryakova were awarded with the gratitude from the President of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Elvira Vagizova was awarded with Certificate of Merit of the Association of Lawyers of Russia.

Next persons were awarded with gratitude from Association of Lawyers of Russia:
- Kakoho Timur G., Chairman of the Council of Young Lawyers at the Tatarstan regional branch of the Association of Lawyers of Russia;
- Sadreev Farid Vagizovich - Assistant Chief of Staff of the President of the Russian Federation reception in the Republic of Tatarstan;
- Yakupova Refgatovna Alsou - Senior Consultant of the Legal Department of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan;
- Alina Musina Faritovna - Senior Consultant of the Legal Department of Legal Support of Land and Property Relations of the Legal Department of the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan.
