Meeting of the Committee of the State Council of Tatarstan

A meeting of the Committee of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan on State Building and Local Self-Government took place at December 15, 2014.

The draft laws of the Republic of Tatarstan “On changing the boundaries of the territories of individual municipalities and amending the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan “On establishing the borders of the territories and the status of the municipality “Mamadyshsky municipal district” and the municipalities in its composition”, “On the borders of territorial individual municipalities and amendments to the laws of the Republic of Tatarstan “On the limits of the territory and the status of the municipality of the city of Kazan” and “On the delimitation of the territories and the status of the municipality “Laishevsky municipal district” and the municipalities in its composition” were discussed at the meeting of the Committee.

The Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M.M.Ibyatov participated in the discussion of these issues. He noted that the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan has check the bills and the there is no legal remarks on them.

The draft laws of the Republic of Tatarstan “On providing access to information concerning the activities of state bodies of the Republic of Tatarstan and local governments”, “On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan “On the status of deputies of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan” and other issues were discussed at the meeting.
