Outbound reception in Tyulyachi municipal area

The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan together with Tatarstan regional branch of the Association of Lawyers of Russia continue providing the free legal aid to citizens living in rural areas of the country.

Mobile advisory group of experts of the ministries, departments and organizations, in particular the Office of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Russian Federation President's reception in the Republic of Tatarstan, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Health RT, Ministry of Labour, employment and Social Protection of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Federal Tax service of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Tatarstan, the Bar Association of RRT and the Chamber of Notaries RT was generated in order to advise citizens on legal issues

A visiting group held a reception for the public provision of free legal aid in Tyulyachi and Uzyaksk rural settlements of Tyulyachi municipal area on December 25, 2014. Information and
25 citizens received free legal assistance from informational and advisory group.

The Chief of Staff of the Head of the municipal district I.V.Mubinov and head of the legal department of the executive committee of the municipal district Y.I.Emelyanov took part in the reception.

A lawyer and notary have the greatest demand from the citizens. Citizens worried about how to obtain insurance benefits, the use of coercive measures of medical treatment, questions of credit obligations, grievance procedures when receiving injuries in the workplace and issues of inheritance.

The specialists of the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan provided citizens with the information about housing privatization, registration of land plots and others.

The specialists of the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan provided citizens with the information of various types of benefits, housing heirs of World War II veterans, order of medical examination of veterans.

The specialists of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of the Tatarstan provided citizens with the information of activities related to medical stations, equipped with modern facilities and consultations on various types of diseases.

The representatives of the Russian Pension Fund in RT gave advice on matters relating to calculation of the pension, a pension survivor, payment of insurance premiums.

Experts of Tax Service provided citizens with the information on the size of the property tax, providing benefits to pensioners for the payment of property taxes and other.

All the villagers questions has been properly answered.

Members of the Young Lawyers conducted a lectures in grades 9-11 of schools of Tyulyachi and Uzyak
1) “The origin of the state, the main reasons for their origin” the lecturer Julia Bayrashevskaya;
2) “The rights and responsibilities of spouses, parents and children” the lecturer Catherine Malyarova;
3) “Law and morality” lecturer Almaz Akhmetzyanov.

High-school students of Tyulyachi (40 pers.) and Uzyakov (30 pers.) took an active part in the discussion of the proposed activities. Students studied the material with interest and actively asked the questions.
