Meeting of the Council of coordinating the activities of mediators in the Republic of Tatrstan

December 29, 2014 a regular meeting of the Council to coordinate the activities of neurotransmitters in the Republic of Tatarstan, which is chaired by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan took place under the chairmanship L.Y.Gluhova at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The meeting was attended by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan - Chairman of the Board L.Yu.Gluhova; First Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan R.I.Zagidullin; Head of the Center for mediation, conflict resolution and prevention of extremism Institute of Continuing Education Kazan (Volga) Federal University O.V.Mavrin; Head of the Legal Service of the Institute of Economics, Management and Law, Director of the Center for Legal Volga N.V.Babkin reconciliation; assistant professor of civil and business law Kazan (Volga) Federal University V.P.Vaskevich, as well as representatives of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan, Volga League mediators.

Next questions was considered at the meeting: the results of the members of the Council to continue the implementation of the mediation procedure in the courts of the Republic of Tatarstan, to create the necessary conditions to promote mediation procedure (filling information stands courts of the Republic), in cooperation with the judicial community; discussed the experience in the field of mediation of other subjects of the Russian Federation and the details of the 2015 round table as a video with the subjects of the Russian Federation (Moscow, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Voronezh), which also has a positive experience of the introduction of alternative dispute resolution procedures involving a as a mediator independent person - the mediator; Council members made suggestions in the work plan of the Council for the I quarter of 2015.
