About a final college of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan

A final session of the college of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan took place in 2015, the 16th of January “ About concluding work of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2014 year and propositions in 2015 year”. The Prime Minister of the Republic I.Sh. Halikov took park in work of the college.

The Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan L.U. Gluhov came out with the main report “About results of work of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2014 and propositions in 2015”. He announced results of work of the Ministry in 2014 about main lines of activity and also set problems about lines of activity in 2015 year, which are in the project of resolution of the final College of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The first assistant of the Minister of Justice in Republic of Tatarstan R.I. Zagidullin came out with the report in Tatar language in the process of work of the college : “A realization of credentials of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic in the field of providing free judicial assistance”
Also a chairman of the Committee of state building and local government of State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan A.G. Habibylin and a chairman of a Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan I.I. Gilazov came out with acute news.

The Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan I.Sh.Halikov pointed important propositions and priority directions of activity of the Ministry in his final speech. The important proposition, in his opinion, is a realization of republican law about providing free judicial assistance to people.
I.Sh. Halikov thinks that it is very important to take measures about providing free judicial assistance to veterans of the Great Patriotic War.
The Head of the Government pointed that propositions was solved in 2014 year. Besides, the Ministry of Justice RT has to lead active and contemporary work about preparing suggestions of a perfection of a legislative base as on federal as on republican level.
Also, the Prime Minister of RT announced that there is an acute problem of modern publishing of regulations.
The official portal of legal information was started its work and a proposition of the Ministry of Justice RT is to provide for a well-timed allocation of regulations of public authorities in the portal.
The Prime Minister gave a message to turn on a monitoring of the portal in a system:”Open Tatarstan”, in order to watch keeping normative periods about filling the portal of a judicial information.

The Ministry of Justice controls a realization of a state anti-corruption program from 2015 to 2020 years.
In conclusion the Head of the Government thanked all members of the ministry for work and wished them successes in solving the propositions, after that he presented awards:
The President’s gratitude to manageress of a sector of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Farhullina Natalya Nikolaevna;
The Ministers’ Cabinet’s letter of thanks of the republic of Tatarstan to a lead councellor of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Sabirzyanova Lilia Danisovna;
A letter of thanks of a Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan to the head of the department of the Ministry of Justice in Republic of Tatarstan Kazanczeva Natalya Yurivna.
Also diplomas of the Ministry of Justice was taken to: Gilazov Ilgiz Idrisovich, a Chairman of a Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan, Gavarov Roman Fagimovich, an assistant of the Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan, Melnikova Olga Vasilievna, the magistrate of a judicial region №3 in a Soviet district ,Kazan city, Afanasyev Michail Pavlovich ,the head of Laishevskii municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ziatdinov Marat Galimzyanovich, the head of Verhneyslonskii municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Besides, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan gave letters of thanks to : a private commercial organization “Lawyer house of the Republic of Tatarstan”, Sharipov Irek Ildysovich , a director of a State budget establishment “A house of nation friendship of Tatarstan”, Akmaev Artur Talgatovich, a chairman the College of laywers of the Republic of Tatarstan “the Capital”, the head manager of department of the Ministry of Justice in Republic of Tatarstan Nabiyllin Ruslan Ramilevich, the administrator of apparatus magistrate Gulka Anton Valerievich, the administrator of apparatus magistrate Gabsatarova Gulfira Rafkatovna.
