An outgoing reception in Alekseevskiy municipal district

 The Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan with Tatarstan regional department of Assosiation of laywers in Russia continue work of providing free juridical assistance to citizens in country settlements of the republic.
In 2015 , 22th of January a mobile informational and consultation group formed from specialists of local authorities, had a reception of population about aiding free juridical help in Bilyarskiy and Bolshetiganskiy country settlements of Alekseevskiy municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan. During the reception a legal assistance was provided to 41 citizens in two country settlements. A juridical assistance was provided to 17 workers of a budget area, 14 citizens who work in another areas, 11 citizens of a retirement age, also 2 invalids and 1 unemployed. The assistance of the head of the Executive committee of social problems N.P. Chyrin took part in the reception of citizens.
The largest number of citizens who applied for juridical help was interested in a calculation of future pension and recalculation of a pension they receive. Also there was questions about benefits of warriors-internationalists, awarding the Order “Parental fame”, benefits about property taxes to pensioners, return of taxes for the buying of accommodation and study, probate and issuance of certificate of inheritance duplicate, about questions of consumer protection, receiving a temporary residence permission and alimony payments.
Besides, there was questions as registration of land property and providing for land rent.
In health questions treatments was about paramedic bases, providing baby nutrition, rendering emergency medical help and consulting about different diseases.
During the reception, explanations about using a maternity capital and housing programs for youngs were given.
Villagers were given qualifying explanations about all interested questions and also they wished new meetings in this direction.
