The 71th anniversary of Leningrad’s full liberation from the fascist blockade

In 1944 the 27th of January the whole world learned about Leningrad’s full liberation of soviet forces from the fascist blockade. It was one of the most tragic and heroic event of the Great Patriotic War.
The protectors and citizens of Leningrad went through unbelievable difficulties- starvation, cold, shellings, bombings. They managed to overcome suffers due to indestructible firmness, courage and belief in victory. The feat of protectors and citizens of Leningrad city forces to be delighted with heroism and greatness of spirit.
In this day we remember liberators, protectors and Leningrad’s citizens, who became stronger than death, having proved that hunger, cold and bombings can’t break the will of a person and devoted love to your Fatherland.
Tatarstan Minister of Justice Rustem Zagidullin has instructed the Ministry to approve its plan for preparing and celebrating the 81st anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War. At a staff meeting, the Minister emphasized the importance of properly holding all planned events.
The Government of the Republic of Tatarstan is systematically developing measures to provide financial support, social rehabilitation, and employment assistance to special military operation participants and their families. This was announced by Tatarstan Prime Minister Alexey Pesoshin during a meeting of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan. Tatarstan Minister of Justice Rustem Zagidullin also participated in the meeting.
Over the past four years, the number of municipal support measures for special military operation participants and their families in the Republic of Tatarstan has more than doubled, reaching 3082 as of April 1, 2026.
