The Session in the Council of municipalities of RT

In 2015 the 30th of January the first Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan R. I. Zagidyllin and the head of department of normative and lawful work in the field of local government and leading of municipal registry R. U. Garipov took part in the session with the assistant of heads of municipal districts of the republic, arranged by the Council of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan.
In the session questions joined with an agreement and a realization about the utterance to village settlements of a part of authority about solving questions of a local meaning of municipal districts.
Members of the session were given as a handouts designed by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan exemplary municipal lawful acts on the subject of an agenda.
R. I. Zagidyllin took up with a report about bringing regulations of municipalities according to existing legislation, where he said about last changes of legislations about local government, having focused attention to changes, which is required obligatory reflection in regulations of municipalities and explained matter of changes and additions, which is necessary to move to regulations.
Tatarstan Minister of Justice Rustem Zagidullin has instructed the Ministry to approve its plan for preparing and celebrating the 81st anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War. At a staff meeting, the Minister emphasized the importance of properly holding all planned events.
The Government of the Republic of Tatarstan is systematically developing measures to provide financial support, social rehabilitation, and employment assistance to special military operation participants and their families. This was announced by Tatarstan Prime Minister Alexey Pesoshin during a meeting of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan. Tatarstan Minister of Justice Rustem Zagidullin also participated in the meeting.
Over the past four years, the number of municipal support measures for special military operation participants and their families in the Republic of Tatarstan has more than doubled, reaching 3082 as of April 1, 2026.
