Study of activity of a section of magistrate of Almetyevsky judicial district

In 2015 year , the 30th of January a deputy of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan N.V. Ragozin and the head of the department of organizational and legal support of magistrates’ activity R.R. Nabiyllin came out to Almetyevsk city in order to sum up a complex study of activity of judicial sections of magistrates of Almetyevsk judicial district of the Republic of Tatarstan, which was conducted by specialists of the department of organizational and legal support of magistrates’ activity with representatives of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan and Judicial Department in Republic of Tatarstan from the 26th to 30th of January, in 2015 year.
During the job, the organization of activity of judicial sections in 2014 was studied and recommendations about elimination of defects and its perfection were given.
The Depute of the Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan M.M. Xairullin and the depute of the head of Judicial Department of the Republic of Tatarstan U. G. Myagkov took part in making conclusions.
