The outgoing reception at Visokogorsky municipal district RT

The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan with Tatarstan regional branch of the Association of Lawyers of Russia continues to provide for free judicial assistance to citizens living in village areas of the republic.

At 5th February 2015, the mobile information and consulting group, formed from specialists from public authorities, had a reception for the citizens providing for free judicial assistance in Krasnoselsky (Visokoya Gora railway station) and Aldermyshsky (v.Aldermysh) village settlements of Vysokogorsky municipal area.

During the reception judicial assistance for 70 residents of two villages were provided. Judicial assistance was provided for 23 public sector workers, 8 citizens working in other sectors, 19 citizens of retirement age, including 3 disabled and 2 unemployed. In the reception of citizens aide of Vysokogorsky municipal area on combating corruption N.K.Ahmetzyanov took part.
The most citizens asked for judicial assistance were interested in calculating future pension, recalculation of given pension, the right on pension on seniority, the right on early pension for mother of a disabled child, the inclusion in the experience of time leave to care of child questions.

Moreover, citizens interested in questions of the provision the land to large families, the provision of land for rent, removal of unused land, questions of registration of agricultural land, land surveying, realizations of the rights in the social mortgage, relocation of emergency housing and eviction of defaulters from the occupied housing.

Also the questions of employment and social protection, consumer protection and public health became actual to citizens.

Villagers got qualified explanations of all their questions.
