Meeting about devolution of authorities

The 6th of February 6, in 2015 there was a meeting with representatives of territorial bodies of federal executive authorities authorized to carry out inspection and enforcement activities, and also the executive authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Issues of implementation of the Protocol were discussed at meeting at the Deputy of the Chairman of the government Dmitry Kozak from 26.12.2014 № DK-P36-251pr "On Transfer (delegation) in the" pilot "mode supervisory powers of the federal executive authorities to public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation."
Inclusion of the Republic of Tatarstan in the number of subjects of the Russian Federation participating in 2015 to conduct a "pilot" mode delegation of supervisory powers of a number of fields is provided for mentioned Protocol.
According to results of the meeting, relevant suppositions will be prepared and aimed by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan to the Ministry of Justice of Russia.
