The session of the Committee on law and order

The 10th of February, in 2015, the Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M.M.Ibyatov and support of the Head of magistrates A.V.Vorobev took part in the session of the Committee of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan on law and order, chaired by the deputy of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan of the fifth convocation Sh Sh.Yagudina.
Two national and several federal laws were taken up at the session as well as control question of the audit of organizational and logistical activities of magistrates.
Also the draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On amendments to article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan" On ensuring conditions for the realization of the rights of citizens to hold meetings, rallies, demonstrations, marches and pickets in the Republic of Tatarstan" was discussed. It was proposed to reduce the 50-meter distance between the protesters and the administrative buildings of public authorities, schools, hospitals, churches up to 5 meters.
M.M.Ibyatov in his speech expressed the opinion of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan not appropriate bill, since the implementation of the proposed changes to the bill in the event of a malfunction may result in vital infrastructure, transport and social infrastructure, create interference to other citizens.
The Committee agreed with the arguments of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Executive Committee of Kazan and decided to recommend to the Council of State of the Republic of Tatarstan to reject the bill.
A.V.Vorobev informed the participants about the implementation of the decision of the Committee on Law and Order dated May 20, 2011 № 53 "On the organizational and logistical activities of magistrates of the Republic of Tatarstan".
Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan suggested:
-continue to work on organizational, including logistics and information management activities magistrates Republic of Tatarstan;
- to carry out work to provide the magistrates with premises with regard to the supposition of local government authorities of municipal districts and urban areas fully;
-continue to raise the professional level of magistrates of the Republic of Tatarstan and employees of their office.
