The session of the college on legislation

The 10th of February, in 2015 there was the session of the college of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan "On legislation of executive authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan", chaired by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan L.Yu.Gluhova.
The first deputy of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan R.I.Zagidullin came out with the main report "On the legislation of executive authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan".
The presentation held results of the legislation from 2014, the results of legal and anti-corruption expertise of draft regulations, designated the existing problems in this direction, the basic problem of the executive authorities in the field of legislation.
The head of the department of legal expertise and legislation of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan N.Yu.Kazantseva in his speech highlighted some aspects of legislation bodies of the executive authority of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Also at the session of the college came out:
Senior assistant attorney of the Republic of Tatarstan in the interaction with the representative (legislative) and executive bodies of the Republic of Tatarstan and local governments G.Yu.Sinyakova;
Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan on law and order, the deputy of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Sh.Sh.Yagudin;
Head of the Legal Department of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan A.A.Oschepkov;
Head of the Legal Department of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan A.B.Grevtsov;
Head of the Department on legislative work of the State Legal Department of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan D.I.Mahmutov.
At the conclusion of the college a seminar with the heads and employees of the legal services of the executive authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan was held, during which the issues were examined:
"On the practice of anti-corruption expertise of draft regulations";
"On the state registration of departmental normative legal acts."
