Training seminar has been held by the Ministry

The 13th of February, in 2015 under the direction of the deputy of the minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M.M.Ibyatova was held a seminar for specialists of local authorities responsible for the registration of regulations of municipal units of the Republic of Tatarstan on the topic “Overview of changes to the Federal law of 6th of October, 2003 № 131 FZ “On general principles of organization of local government in the Russian Federation.” Bringing regulations of municipal units according to functioning law.”
Training was conducted in a videoconference connecting all parts of the country.
Attorney of the department of supervision of the rights of owners Office on supervision of administration of federal legislation of Prosecutor’s Office RT I.F.Gazizov, the head of department of the normative legal acts of the Russian Federation and conducting the federal register, keeping the register of municipalities, registration and conducting regulations of municipal units Office of the Ministry of Justice of the RT R.N.Rahimov, the head of legal consulting and methodological support to local authorities of the Ministry of Justice M.A.Pashkova were took part and had speech at the seminar. Maya Alexandrovna has reviewed the changes made to the legislation, which should be reflected in reflections of the municipality in her speech.
M.M.Ibyatov paid attention to the inclusion of the Internet resource "Official legal information portal of the Republic of Tatarstan" in the list of sources of official publication (promulgation) of municipal normative legal acts, established by articles of the regulations on the order of publication (promulgation) and the entry into force of normative legal acts .
In conclusion of the seminar Muharram Mansurovich pointed to the need for speedy driving municipal regulations according to functioning law and noted that the official website of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan is planned to place the model regulation of the municipal district.
