Rendering free legal aid in Muslyumovsky district

The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan with Tatarstan regional branch of the Association of Lawyers of Russia continues to provide free legal aid to citizens living in village areas of the country.
The 19th of February mobile information - consulting group, consisting of specialists from government bodies, ministries, departments, law and notary chambers of the Republic of Tatarstan, held a reception for the public provision of free legal aid in Muslyumovsky and Toygildinsky and village settlements of Muslyumovsky municipal district.
During the reception the legal assistance provided for 41 residents of two villages.
The greatest number of citizens looking for legal help interested in questions about will contest, confirming paper work for getting inheritance, for recovery of property from unlawful possession, divorce, early retirement at the company's liquidation, charging tax on personal property, declaration of income from property rent.
The villagers have received from experts of the ministries and departments participating in the consultations qualified explanations for all questions.
During the work the head of legal consulting and methodological support of local authorities of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M.A.Pashkova took part in a meeting where last changes of legislation in the sphere of activity of local authorities, questions of self-taxation of citizens and also changes in legislation which should be reflected in the regulations of the municipality were discussed.
