Departure to Atninsky municipal district

On 11th of March, in 2015 by Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, together with a representative of the Council of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan was done departure to Atninsky municipal district in order to provide methodical and consulting help to local authorities.
During the event, there washeld a working meeting with the deputy of the head of the Atninsky municipal district A.F.Kayumova, heads ofvillage settlements which are part of Atninsky municipal district, responsible staff in carrying out anti-corruption expertise, maintaining a registry of municipal regulations, procurement for municipal needs .
At the meeting discussed the implementation of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan on February 9, 2009 № 14-ZRT "On the municipal register of normative legal acts" to bring regulations of village settlements according to the legislation, the organization of anti-corruption expertise of draft municipal legal acts; transfer agreements to the settlement level of authority of local governments of Atninsky municipal district on addressing specific local issues.
To the heads of village settlements practical recommendations on various issues related to the management of municipal property and the use of self-taxation of citizens.
