Seminar-session for employees of magistrates’ offices

13th of march, 2015 in the conference room of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan headed by the deputy of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan N.V.Ragozina seminar-session for employees of the magistrates' office of the Republic of Tatarstan. The seminar was in videoconference mode connecting all areas.

The seminar was attended by the deputy of the chairman of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan on Administrative Affairs R.F.Gafarov, the expert of competitive, certification (examination) commissions of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan and the magistrates' office of the Republic of Tatarstan - a veteran of the civil service V.P.Ganchurin, the deputy of the head of surnames regard of the Information center of the MIA of the Republic of Tatarstan A.I.Gilmutdinova, software developer engineer of the Information center of the MIA of the Republic of Tatarstan L.S.Mavletov, the head of personnel department and the public service M.M.Garaev,the head of the organizational and judicial support of the magistrates department R.R.Nabiullin, the deputy of the head of the support of the magistrates department T.S.Sviridova, the deputy of the head of judicial information and computer systems D.I.Podtelkova and leading adviser of personnel department and public service A.A.Muhachev.

The deputy of the minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan N.V.Ragozina opened seminar-session, pointing to the importance of the functions and responsibilities of administrative staff of magistrates.

The deputy of the chairman of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan on Administrative Affairs R.F.Gafarov noted the importance of the proper organization of work in the magistrates' offices of the republic, and allocated the most actual questions and main tasks to improve their work.

Much attention was paid to the organization of judicial management in legal areas, measures, attempting by employees, leading to a decrease in the number of complaints and appeals related to the improper performance of their duties, culture and ethics in dealing with citizens and documents, appearance of staff of magistrates’ office.

Staff at the Information Centre of the MIA in the Republic of Tatarstan told about the typical mistakes made when filling out the staff of the magistrates statistical cards for convicts.

Representatives of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan drew attention to the observance of fire safety in legal areas, saving money and rules of writing off property.

Also at the seminar were presented problems and their solutions on the mechanism of the SMS informing litigants, monitoring the timely placement of data on the site, connecting the world of judges and their staffs to the interdepartmental electronic document management system and production of electronic digital signature for magistrates.

Besides, at the meeting voiced wishes of the personnel department of the ministry for completing the documents and provide comments in time for the forthcoming this year planned appraisal of civil servants against the post.

The person responsible for the work on the prevention of corruption and other offenses in the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan gave a lecture about anti-corruption legislation and the completion of certificates of income, expenses and liabilities of material nature.

In conclusion of the seminar, the deputy of the minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan N.V.Ragozina gave to employees the magistrates’ office commemorative medals «XXVII World Summer Universiade 2013 in Kazan."
