Session on collecting of administrative fines

On 13th of March, in 2015 at 10:30 at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan under the direction of the deputy of the minister M.M.Ibyatov was held a meeting on the effective interaction of bailiff service with administrative commissions of the republic in the part of collecting of administrative fines.
At the meeting representatives of the Federal Bailiff service of the Republic of Tatarstan, Kazan municipalities, Verkhneuslonsky, Zelenodolsky, Laishevsky Tyulyachi and municipal districts took part, where discussed the reasons for the low collecting of fines, including differences in the number of information aimed at the enforcement of judgments impose an administrative penalties, and also proposals to enhance cooperation and increase the amounts of collected fines.
