A meeting of the Expert council

On 26th of March, in 2015 at the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan was a meeting of the Expert council of the Interagency coordinating committee on legal affairs. Meeting was chaired by acting of the minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan R.I.Zagidullin.

At the meeting of the Expert council approved the following projects:

1. The draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On amendments to articles 13 and 14 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan" On state awards of the Republic of Tatarstan ";

2. The draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On establishing the period of application in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan requirements, provided for in paragraphs 2 and 3 of article 24 of the federal law" On the retail markets and on amendments to the Labour Code of the Russian Federation ";

3. The draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On amendments to the Code of the Republic of Tatarstan on administrative offenses and article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan" On allotment to municipalities of local government in the Republic of Tatarstan of public powers of the Republic of Tatarstan to determine the list of officials, authorized to draw up reports on administrative offenses ";

4. The draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On the borders of districts in Kazan city" (the developer – the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan);

5. The draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On amendments to the law of the Republic of Tatarstan" On the executive authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan ";

6. The draft decree of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan "On amendments to the Regulation on the Interagency Coordinating Committee on legal affairs."
