Training seminar for specialists of local governments

On 26th of March, in 2015 by the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan in the mode of videoconference held a seminar for employees of the legal services of local governments and chambers of land and property relations of municipal and urban districts of the republic on the topic "Overview of changes to the Land code of the Russian Federation. Implementation of the Federal law of 23rd of June, in 2014 № 171-FZ "On amendments to the Land code of the Russian Federation."
Opening the event, the deputy of the minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M.M.Ibyatov noted the special importance of uniform interpretation of the innovations of the Land Code of the Russian Federation and the formation of law enforcement.
An overview of changes to the Land code of the Russian Federation , was presented to the audience by the chief of a department of methodology and formation of municipal property relations of the Legal department of the Ministry of land and property relations of the Republic of Tatarstan V.I.Lukoyanov.
Prosecutor of the department on supervising the enforcement of legislation in the sphere of economy and wildlife of Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Tatarstan Z.M.Shakirova spoke about the practice of prosecutorial supervision over observance of the land legislation, considered the most common violations committed by local authorities in the implementation of the rules of the land legislation.
Speech by the chief of the department of analysis and synthesis of judicial practice of the Arbitration court of the Republic of Tatarstan R.R. Shkalikov was devoted to individual questions of change of practice of arbitration courts in recognizing the right to unauthorized buildings.
In conclusion of the seminar-session participants responded to questions from the audience.
