A meeting of the commission of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatartsan

On 27th of March, in 2015 at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, was a meeting of the commission on compliance to the official conduct of civil servants and settlement of conflicts of interest. Meeting was chaired by the chairman of the Commission, the first deputy of the minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan R.I.Zagidullin.
At a meeting of the Commission the following questions were discussed:
1. Approval of the Plan of the Commission of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan to comply with requirements for official conduct of civil servants and settlement of conflicts of interest in 2015.
2. On the results of the Commission of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan to comply with requirements for official conduct of civil servants and settlement of conflicts of interest in 2014.
3. Consideration of the review of the state of law and predicate offenses based on the implementation in 2011-2014 of the Republic of Tatarstan prosecutors oversee the implementation of the legislation on combating corruption in the presentation of information about their income, expenses, assets and liabilities of material nature, and also about incomes, expenses , property and liabilities of material nature of their spouse (wife) and minor children.
4. On the impossibility of civil servant of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan to submit a certificate of income, expenses, assets property obligations to his or her minor child.
