The results of the meeting of the certification commission

On 2nd of April , in 2015 at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting of attestation commission of the unit of magistrates of the Republic of Tatarstan for compliance displaced post of civil service specialist of 2nd category of magistrates’ office, senior specialist of the 2nd category - the head of the office of the unit of magistrates of the Republic of Tatarstan, the clerk of the court unit of the magistrates of the Republic of Tatarstan and the consultant unit of magistrates of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Certification of civil servants aimed to identifying qualitative state workers, personal and professional potential, readiness and level of ability of workers to perform functional duties. In practical terms, the main purpose of certification is to determine whether a particular person corresponds to his position.
By certification were allowed 7 civil servants of magistrates’ office of the Republic of Tatarstan.
According to the results of voting, the decision of the Commission 6 certified correspond to displaced post of civil service and 1 corresponds to the displaced post of civil service, subject to successful completion of professional training or professional development.
As an independent experts at the commission meeting took part a veteran of the civil service of the Republic of Tatarstan V.P.Ganchurin, a member of the board of the Office of Tatarstan regional branch of the Russian public organization "Association of lawyers of Russia" M.H.Vafin and associate professor of law of the Institute of Economics, management and social technologies Kazan national research technical university named Tupolev - KAI V.A.Gurevich.
