The meeting of the Interagency coordinating committee on legal affairs

On 3rd of April , in 2015 in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan, under the direction of the deputy of the Prime minister of the Republic of Tatarstan – the Chief of Staff of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan Sh.H.Gafarov was a meeting of the Interagency coordinating committee on legal affairs.
By members of the Interagency coordinating committee on legal affairs decided to approve the following draft laws:
"On the establishment of the diversion on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan requirements provided for in paragraphs 2 and 3 of article 24 of the Federal law" On the retail markets and on amendments to the Labour code of the Russian Federation ";
"On the border of districts in the city of Kazan";
"On amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan" On the executive authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan ";
"On amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan" On objects of cultural heritage in the Republic of Tatarstan ".
Besides, during the meeting was approved the draft decree of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan "On amendments to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan" On education of the Interagency coordinating committee on legal affairs "and approved by the Expert council of the Interagency coordinating committee on legal affairs in the new edition.
