Session on self-taxation of citizens

On 9th of April, in 2015 at the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan was held a session with representatives of the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Council of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan. The subject of discussion was the legal regulation of the organization and conduct of self-taxation of citizens in the municipalities, current problems in this area.
In the end of the session, was made a decision to finalize the joint model clause "On the self-taxation of citizens and the collection and use of self-taxation of citizens" in connection with the diverse practices of its application by local governments.
