Legal aid to veterans of GPW and members of their families

On the eve of the 70th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945, in the framework of the Federal Law "On free legal aid in the Russian Federation", the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On the provision of free legal assistance to citizens in the Republic of Tatarstan on 28th of April 2015 the Ministry of justice Republic of Tatarstan are organized on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan a single day of providing free legal aid to veterans and their families.
The event was held in all municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan with participation of deputies of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, representatives of the Constitutional court of the Republic of Tatarstan, public authorities, local authorities, the prosecutor's office, the Notaries and Bar chambers of the Republic of Tatarstan, mediators.
In the city of Kazan consulted 57 people.
Concerns of veterans, most of them related to land and housing legislation, social security and pension. To all addressed was provided free legal aid in the form of legal advice in oral and written forms, and also drawing up legal documents.
Citizens need to provide them in court, lawyers have been invited to the attorneys for the education necessary documents.
