The meeting of the Presidium of the Supreme Court of the RT

On 29th of April , 2015 the Minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan L.Yu.Gluhova, the deputy of the Minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan N.V.Ragozina, the head of the organizational and legal support of the magistrates R.R.Nabiullin took part in the enlarged meeting of the Presidium of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan under the leadership of I.I.Gilazova.
At the meeting took part the head of the Judicial Department of the Republic of Tatarstan Z.M.Salihov, the chairmen of district (city) courts, and federal magistrates.
On the agenda were discussed the following questions:
- Cooperation work of the district (city) courts and magistrates, and the results of the implementation of the decision of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan dated January 25, 2012 "On the practice of providing the district (city) courts of the Republic of Tatarstan legal assistance to magistrates of the republic in the organization of office according to the instructions on judicial proceedings in magistrate’s office Republic of Tatarstan ";
- On the implementation of the joint plan of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Judicial Department of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan study of district (city) courts, magistrates’ areas and providing practical assistance in 2015.
On the first question on the agenda, made speech the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan L.Yu.Gluhova, on the second question made speech the head of organizational and legal support of the magistrates of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan R.R.Nabiullin. At the discussions took part the deputy of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan N.V.Ragozina.
