A training seminar for lawyers of local government

On 30th of April, 2015 the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan in the mode of videoconference held a seminar for representatives of the legal services of the local government and municipal officials responsible for the direction of municipal normative legal acts of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan for inclusion in the register of municipal normative legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Opening the event, the deputy of the Minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M.M.Ibyatov paid special attention to the timeliness of municipal normative legal acts of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan for inclusion in the register, theirs quality and inconsistencies which sent to the prosecuting authorities and the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The head of the legal and regulatory work in the field of local government and management of the municipal register of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan R.U.Garipov highlighted the organization of the register of municipal normative legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The head of the legislation of the Russian Federation, the conduct of the federal register and the registration of the statutes of municipalities of the Department of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan R.N.Rahimov reviewed the practice of conducting the federal register of municipal normative legal acts.
On compliance with the rules of legal technique in the development of normative legal acts described N.Yu.Kazantseva, the head of legal expertise and standard-setting activities of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Muharram Mansurovich recalled that at the website of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan provides comprehensive information on the register of municipal regulations and recommended to municipalities to use the information available in their practical work. Besides, the website has a link to the database of the register.
Finally M.M.Ibyatov congratulated the participants on the upcoming May holidays and the 70th anniversary of the Great Victory and wished good health, prosperity and peace.
