Meeting on the organization of the administrative commissions

On 12th of May, 2015, the deputy of the Minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M.M.Ibyatov held a meeting with representatives of local government of districts of the republic in the mode of video conferencing.
At the meeting discussed the implementation of the submitted local authorities of municipal and urban districts of the republic government powers to the administrative organization of the commissions and the list of officials authorized to draw up protocols on administrative violations, stipulated by the Code of the Republic of Tatarstan of administrative offenses for the I quarter of 2015.
At the meeting with a report on the performance of the administrative commissions of the Republic and authorized officials made head of the department on issues of territorial organization and control in the sphere of local self-government of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan G.I.Kasymov. The report reflects the performance of individual areas of accounting data with the demonstration of specific examples on slides.
A report on the interaction of the Bailiff administrative committees, the deputy of the head of the department of enforcement proceedings UFSSP RT A.A.Nurullov, who spoke about the need to develop common approaches in the recovery of administrative fines.
During the meeting, the deputy of the Minister M.M. Ibyatov discussed with representatives of Apastovsky, Nurlatsky and Kamsko-Ustinsky areas causes of inefficient implementation of delegated state powers. The representative of the municipal formation "Naberezhnye Chelny city" shared his experience in terms of recovery of administrative fines.
After the meeting was held a study the representatives of the municipalities in the preparation of quarterly reports on the prescribed form and given explanations of the changes in state legislation, extending the powers of officials of local governments on drawing up protocols about administrative violations.
