Providing free legal aid to citizens of the Arsky district

The Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan jointly with Tatarstan regional branch of the Association of lawyers of Russia continues to provide free legal aid to citizens living in village areas of the republic.

On 14th of May, 2015, the mobile informational- advisory group, consisting of specialists from government bodies, ministries, departments, lawyers and the chambers of notaries of the Republic of Tatarstan, held a reception for the public provision of free legal assistance in Srednekorsinsky and Sizinsky village areas of Arsky municipal district.

During the reception, the aid was given to 48 citizens of the two villages. At the reception of citizens took part the deputy of the Head of the Arsky municipal district L.M. Osina and the head of the sector of rights and systematization of legislation of the Council of Arsky municipal district A.F.Muhametova.

The greatest number of citizens who applied for legal aid was interested in the provision of social benefits, obtaining the status of "home front workers" and "Veteran of work", the parent capital, registration of ownership of land, inheritance and other processing.

Villagers received from experts of the ministries and departments of the republic, participating in consultations, qualified explanations to all questions.
