Departure to Aznakaevsky municipal area

On 20th of May, 2015 representatives of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan - the first deputy of the minister R.I.Zagidullin and the head of the legal advisory and methodological support to local authoritiesM.A.Pashkova went to Aznakaevsky municipal area in order to verify compliance with the law (Article 32 of the Housing Code ) for the procedures preceding the withdrawal of emergency dwellings owned by citizens.
During the departure check availability sent and received requests for the reconstruction of the owners (demolition) of premises, notification of the decision on withdrawal of dwellings, considered arguments arising from the resettlement of citizens from emergency housing.
