The study of activity organization of the judicial districts of magistrates

From 18th to 22nd May 2015 the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan jointly with the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Office of the Judicial department of the Republic of Tatarstan, studied the organization of the judicial districts of magistrates on Aviastroitelny judicial district of the Kazan city.
During the work were examined characteristics of the main performance areas of judicial magistrates of the 2014 year, the cultural of justice, quality and timely execution of court decisions, protocols and outbound service documentation, business organization.
Particular attention is paid to ensuring the necessary conditions for the smooth implementation of the constitutional right of citizens to appeal for judicial protection, the organization of personal reception of citizens magistrate, informing the public about the time and place of the court cases, and also consideration of proposals, applications and complaints of citizens, the rules of conduct of employees of the court and work rules.
In order to further improvement the efficiency of the staff of the magistrates of Aviastroitelny judicial district of the Kazan city were given the necessary recommendations.
According to the results of the audit N.V.Ragozina the deputy of the Minister of justice, the head of organizational and legal support of the magistrates R.R.Nabiullin, experts of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in the final meeting, which took place in the Aviastroitelny district court of Kazan with the participation of the Chairman of Aviastroitelny district court of Kazan R.R.Shaydullina and magistrates of Aviastoitelny judicial district of the city of Kazan.
