Meeting on the organization of free trade places

On 3rd of June, 2015 the deputy of the minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M.M.Ibyatov took part at the meeting on the organization of free trade places for the realization of surplus agricultural products grown in private farms, country houses, orchards, vegetable gardens.

The meeting was at the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, under the leadership of the chairman of the Committee on the environment, environmental, agricultural and food policy T.G.Hadeev.

M.M.Ibyatov presented a report on the legislative and other normative legal acts regulating the above question, as established in the municipalities of the republic law enforcement practice in this field of legal relations. And made suggestions on the most effective resolution of this issue.
