Studying the organization of the activity of magistrates’s office

From 3rd to 5th of June 2015 by the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan jointly with the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Office of the Judicial Department of the Republic of Tatarstan, studied the organization of the activity of magistrate’s office of a judicial area № 1 on Tetyushsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan.

During the examined characteristics of the main indicators of judicial district of magistrates of 2014, the proceedings of culture, quality and timely execution of court decisions, protocols and outbound service documentation, business organization.

Particular attention is paid to ensuring the necessary conditions for the smooth implementation of the constitutional right of citizens to appeal for judicial protection, the organization of personal reception of citizens magistrate, informing the public about the time and place of the court cases, and also consideration of proposals, applications and complaints of citizens, the rules of conduct of employees of the court and work rules.

In order to further improve the efficiency of the staff of the magistrate on Tetyushsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan were given the necessary recommendations.
