The meeting of the Council on coordination of mediators in the RT

On 4th of June, 2015 at the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan was held a regular meeting of the Council on coordination of mediators in the Republic of Tatarstan, under the leadership of the Minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan L.Yu.Gluhova.

At the meeting took part the first deputy of the minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan R.I.Zagidullin; the head of the Center for mediation, conflict resolution and prevention of extremism Institute of continuing education at Kazan (Volga) Federal University O.V.Mavrin; the head of the legal service of the institute of economics, management and law, the director of the Volga center for legal reconciliation N.V. Babkin; and a judge of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan A.I.Murtazin, the head of Department of writing acts of civil status of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan A.R.Shavaleeva, representatives of the Ministry of finance of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Department of the treasury of the Republic of Tatarstan, the chief adviser to the Representative under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan on protection entrepreneurs A.A.Alekseeva, vice president of the Bar Association of the Republic of Tatarstan A.Yu.Safronova, the chairman of the Tatarstan republican organization of all-Russian trade union of workers of public institutions and public services of the Russian Federation O.A.Kalashnikova.

At the meeting of the Council considered the results of  members’ work of the Council for the implementation of mediation in the courts of the Republic of Tatarstan, to create the necessary conditions for the promotion of mediation, mediators in the interaction with the judicial community, the Representative of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan on protection of the rights of entrepreneurs, trade unions and lawyers. There were discussed the experience in the field of mediation of other subjects of the Russian Federation and parts of the round table as a video with the Russian Federation (Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Voronezh), which also has a positive experience of the introduction of alternative dispute resolution procedures with the participation as an independent mediator person - the mediator.
